As diverse professional recruiters with a combined 10+ years of experience within technology recruitment across The US and Europe our aim is to help diverse talent find companies looking for them!

What is our background?

The Founder of Stronger Chance has over 6+ years of experience recruiting within technology across Europe and The USA. We have helped companies find contractors and permanent, mid to senior professionals in Data, Cybersecurity, AI, IT Leadership, Projects & Change verticals. 

Why set up Stronger Chance?
As a black recruiter I noticed that there are not many agencies dedicated to support people from diverse backgrounds (women, black, asian, hispanic/latino, LGBTQ+ & Neuro-diverse.) There are also not many diverse technology recruiters with the reputation and proven experience needed to support companies with diverse hires and diverse talent.
